Originally offered with an Adept One SCARA, we have recently upgraded to an Epson Series robot and controller.

The placement of the robot within the carousel allows for dynamic motion in which the movement of the arm and position of the turntable shave considerable seconds off of what was previously possible.
Our in-house and patented end-effector enables hard drive disks to be picked up with ease and without unnecessary pressure applied to the delicate disk.
Swappable paddles allows for precise fitment to a all-encompassing range of disk sizes, from laptop form factor to full size desktop and more.
Special in house software offers the ability to combine the system to be tailer-fit to specific and unique working needs.
Easily installed into Window's environments, ranging from XP to 10.
Currently the CATC is equipped with Dell All-In-One PCs, which provide a seamless operation between technician to cell.
